Do you work on older downtown homes?
Yes. Century homes are a large part of what we do — they need a different approach than a 1990s subdivision, particularly around air sealing and moisture.
Is parking or access an issue downtown?
We plan access when we quote. Narrow lots and laneway access are normal for us in the old city.
