How the job runs
Air-leak assessment
We locate where conditioned air is escaping before proposing anything.
Surface preparation
Old material removed if needed, cavities cleaned, sensitive areas masked.
Foam application
Applied in controlled lifts to the specified thickness, with curing time respected.
Trim, inspect, document
Excess trimmed, coverage verified, and the finished depth recorded for your file.

Both are sprayed on site and both seal air. Everything else differs, and the assembly decides which belongs there.

Questions about this service
Is spray foam safe once cured?
Once fully cured and ventilated, the foam is inert. We follow the manufacturer's re-occupancy times and tell you exactly how long to stay out of the treated area.
Closed-cell or open-cell — which do I need?
It depends on the assembly, the space available and your budget. We recommend one over the other after seeing the site, not before.
Can it be applied over existing insulation?
Usually not. Foam needs to bond to a clean substrate, so old batts or blown-in material generally come out first.
